We report rent payment history to Experian’s RentBureau giving our tenants the ability to positively add to their credit report when they pay on time. Also, take the time to read the information about brokerage services and our privacy policy. Once you’ve done that you can apply online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on any of our listings. Be prepared to pay the application fees, upload a copy of your drivers license and copies of paycheck stubs or any other documentation you need for your application. Upon approval you will have 24 hours to pay the security deposit in cashiers check or money order. If not paid we will move on to the next applicant.
